Description

Joseph Whittaker, PA-C received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Towson University in Baltimore, Md., obtaining his Physician Assistant certificate. He began his clinical career with MedStar Orthopedic Institute as a first assistant intra-operatively in various orthopedic surgeries, including joint arthroplasty, sports medicine, and trauma. He also has inpatient experience with injections, casting and splinting patients. Whittaker enjoys community outreach and was involved with the Covid disaster relief team at the Baltimore Convention Center, treating thousands of patients with acute and chronic Covid in the inpatient and outpatient setting.
